On September 22th, Disneyland announced it's new promotion for the 2009 years.  How's THIS for granting dreams:  Get into Disneyland free on your birthday!  And if you're already an annual passholder, you'll get a different cool present - like a Disney gift card, or a special fast pass.

In this article we discuss how you can combine this special Disneyland promotion with other specials to really make an AFFORDABLE Disneyland trip for your birthday.

First, let's again acknowledge how awesome this promotion is.  What a fun way to celebrate a birthday, and a great excuse to get away to the Happiest Place on Earth.  Now we'll see how we can take the "What Will YOU Celebrate?" promotion to the next level.

Because many other companies will help celebrate your birthday, you can create a trip filled with free food, free desserts, special surprises, and of course your Disneyland stay.

At HeyItsFree.com we find one list of Free birthday offers.  Here at Ratcage we put some to the test, and found that not only can you get some coupons free on your birthday, many of the coupons come in the days BEFORE your birthday - so you'll be able to print the coupons and take them with you on your trip.  We also found that some of the "Birthday Clubs" or company "Fan Clubs" not only give you free food coupons on your birthday, but also some give you free stuff just for signing up.

HeyItsFree.com lists, among others, free ice cream at Baskin Robbins, free dessert at Buca di Beppo, Arby's, free milkshake at Del Taco, free dinners at Golden Corral and Hometown Buffet, free dessert at PF Changs - there are literally dozens and dozens and dozens of free food items listed, meaning you can fill your face for free after spending a day at the park.  (Remember, many of the coupons are sent to you via email in the days before your birthday and many don't HAVE to be used on just your birthday).

One popular forum shares his tip "Sign up for every restauraunt email list you can find.  If they ask for your birthday, you're likely to get a surprise.  You can even set up a fake email account that you use only for birthday coupons (so you can avoid the spam you might get the other 51 weeks a year."

With Disneyland celebrating your birthday with free entrance to the park, it's a great excuse to sign you AND YOUR FAMILY MEMBERS up for free birthday treats - fill an envelope with birthday coupons, your tank with gas, and have a great and inexpensive trip to Disneyland!
